BookingComBooking.comBooking.comBeautiful hotel. Our room was the cheapest available and still had an amazing view over the pool and a huge balcony.
However it is very remote - at least a 2km walk from anywhere with life, and the beach hasn't been replenished after the typhoon at the start of the year. In fact there are no nearby beaches if this is your thing, though for us the pool more than made up for it.
For transport there are always trikes outside ready to go. You will pay tourist rates though which start at about 150php per ride. Taking a street trike back from town is about a third of that. Trike riders will try to befriend you early on. This was a positive for us as they recommended cheaper ways of accessing the tours on offer both at the hotel and online.
Finally... the hotel staff were really really nice and attentive. Only reason I've marked it at 4 rather than 5 was the advertised beach was not available.

The hotel is lovely! The room is clean and spacious and a nice touch is the big repellent plug, free souvenir and tote bag for roaming the resort! I came during the soft opening so there is still a lot of construction under way, but when finished, I’m sure it will be great!

We had a great stay at Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa! They exceeded our expectation! We availed their romantic dinner package and they didn’t disappoint us. We were amazed by the set up and the food!

Great amenities. They have a chapel inside the resort. If you're planning for a wedding (like me), this is a nice venue for both the ceremony and reception. Looking forward to the reopening of the sandbar. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

This is our last stop in our Palawan trip and we definitely are in awe at the beauty and grandoise of this resort. Such a vast property, although reconstruction is still in the offing. Every nook, every corner has great architectural design. The room where we stayed is a family room with 1 bedroom and has a separate built in double deck designed for 2 kids. Love the room interiors with a touch of Filipino heritage. It has a jacuzzi with an ocean view and a balcony with pool view. Had room service for dinner. Food in Tomato and Basil was great. Service was fast and impeccable. Pool staff was very accomodating. Front desk and room service staff were welcoming. Enjoyed our stay. An overnight stay is not enough so we will definitely come back with the whole family and book more days in their adjoining rooms.
