This hotel would deserve a higher rating, but the lack of wifi (which worked perhaps one hour out of two days) is a major drawback, especially since there is poor mobile reception even with Philippines' largest provider Globe. Reading prior reviews, it is clear that it's not an unexpected occurrence, but a constant problem, and the hotel is at fault for failing to install a more reliable system.
The hotel is otherwise good: good location near the SM mall, quiet, spacious clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Sufficient number of power outlets, although some are inconveniently located (under the desk).
Decent size bathroom with standard toiletries. Shower with ok water pressure, but water not hot enough.
Complimentary transfer to airport.
No elevator.
No breakfast buffet and limited choices for vegetarians (fruit plate only).

Would like to thank #PSC for the opportunity given to us Table Tennis Technical Officials of the Batang Pinoy National Finals for booking us in Fleuris Hotel. It was indeed a home away from home stay experience because of the quality of service given by the Hotel Personnel.

Because of PSC’s booking giving information to the hotel front desk of our arrival, we were fetched from the airport to the hotel riding on their brandnew sevice van which was clean in & out. Upon arrival, security guards & other hotel personnel welcomed guests with greetings and genuine smiles. Upon entering the room, was amazed at how well arranged every single thing inside was.

The comfort rooms were all good & clean with complete accessories. Whats lacking is their hot & cold shower which did not meet my expectations. The hot shower was not that satisfying but maybe it was because of having guests making use of the shower most if not all at the same time.

Sheets would be changed daily without giving notice to hotel personnel which is also commendable.

All in all my stay in the hotel was one of my best hotel stays in all of my travels. Not to mention of the hotel being already 20yrs in sevice.

The Hotel is near a shopping mall and Hotel Staff are reliable. I strongly recommend and suggest this Hotel to visitors in Puerto Princesa. Restaurants and transport are very sccessible and within a secured area.
