Our one night stay at Empire Suites was just what we needed after travelling from El Nido.
The hotel entrance is somewhat hidden but easy enough to find and the Front Desk staff were vey helpful. The room was well appointed with a large King sized bed which my 6 foot tall husband appreciated, it was also very clean and the shower wa salsa a good size This hotel is well priced and is close to everything. Would stay here again. His was a bargain find!More

Everyone was really helpful especially Teody the duty in front office, who assited us very well and the’y treated us more than a special ,they provide what we need, they gave us a great service and the smile that he wear while they talking to us. Loved the free airport shuttle. The staff are very courteous and made us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean and has beautiful decor. Near the hotel there are a lot of food options like grilled chicken, some fast food chains, grocery stores and pharmacy. Also there are massage and hair salons for relaxation.

Empire suits is very modern, it’s situated in the center of the city, the staff were very accommodating and very informative, the room was spotless, the price is very good for the service you get, but in saying that I got a 50% off by booking online, this is definitely the place I’ll stay at if I come back to Puerto Princesa.

I was on a business trip. Empire Suites in a great place to stay. Staff is super friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the city giving you a wide variety of places to chill after a long days work. Cable tv can surely be improved. But overall, it is a nice place even for an overnight quick stay.

We stayed in Empire Suites last Nov. 20 to 22. The hotel is good. The staff are very accomodating. And lastly, it is budget friendly. Highly recommended especially for those budget friendly travellers.
