Dined @ Ricardo's Restaurant together with my family, a group of 12 . Had a reservation with Madam Gwen The General Manager. Everything was a blast, the food their service and the amenities. Thank you so much Mam Gwen for Accomodating us. Also to JESSICA the front office associate who answered all my queries. Highly Reccomended.

I booked this room before I read the reviews. Could not warn enough to stay away! There is a strong odour in the whole hotel that smells like sewage! It comes through the vents in your room and you breathe it in! Me and my partner requested for a room change and soon to find out all rooms smell like it and the just masked our new room with air freshener that soon wore off. It shows you on the site that your room will have a balcony but it’s an inside balcony shared with all the other rooms - no privacy. The staff were friendly but acted like they didn’t know there was a sewer smelling problem! Its not good for your health to be breathing it in. Showers are also rusty. Wifi did not work whilst we were there.

Customer service was great but our bathroom had mold everywhere. Along the bathtub, near the ceiling vents, the carpet felt wet and mildewy. Wall paper in the hall was black looking and peeling. Bathrooms were marble/stone looking and look nice in pictures but upkeep needs to be improved. Mattress felt like we were sleeping on the floor, very very firm

Big, squeaky clean rooms and very friendly staff. Some things are a little outdated and the breakfast-room could use a small renovation (it's in the details...)

Overall a surprisingly great stay for the money we paid. Friendly and very helpful staff, location is right next to a supermarket and different stores, bank etc. Although Puerto itself doesn't have much to offer. Breakfast is a big buffet, recommended!

Downsides: Wifi hardly ever works and landing planes can be very loud. Water isnt' always warm. We didn't mind these things. One thing we didn't like was the bed: It feels like sleeping on a wooden plank. Okay for one or two nights, not more.

We were in two night at this hotel on room HO3, Yes, sure all the rooms were in the 4th floor where there is restaurant, We booked this hotel but found some negative reviews about the hotel, Before check in we would like to see the room, Once we see the room we agreed, The room has private Balcony, Huge room, Good Baath room. Staff are nice and helpful. Big Fitness center on down to the restaurant. The Best tis the Location, Just a few minutes from the hotel we can go walk into the bay . From the restaurant we can view the breakfast and with good Buffett lunch. So for us it is fine that what we paid, it is value if our money.
