Firstly we booked the Superior suite for 2 nights roughly a month before we came over here. We got there at about 6pm to check in and they take us to the wrong room, when we ask about it they told us they gave away our room but couldn't explain why and we were put in a room with a leaking toilet with no toilet seat, also a broken window and no working TV... the list goes on. Then we got the room we were meant to have for our second night stay which was reasonable. Not great. After breaky (which was half toasted bread and 1 fried egg) we were sitting around in the lobby and noticed multiple rats running around the benches in the kitchen. We could not have felt any more sick (literally). I strongly advise that you do not stay at this place. Look elsewhere. Definitely not worth any more than 1 star.

First, lower your expectations when you arrive in Puerto Princessa. The airport was smaller than I thought it would be but quaint. When I was taken to the Lotus Garden, I thought "Is this it?" It seemed barely recognizable and the pictures are somewhat misleading from what I expected.

The "CR" is located outside in an enclosed and private area, but nonetheless outside, which was again, unexpected.

No hot water, so get used to showering in cold.

No in-room WiFi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered great tips for traveling the El Nido-Coron, circuit.

Since the property wasn't what I expected, I changed to another accommodation.

We booked this hotel with Airbnb and were pleased they gave us the cute room that's situated in a lotus pond.
The room was very basic, the toilet without a seat and the shower has a fancy big showerhead that's totally meaningless with the low pressure water that comes out of the tab.
The hotel is situated close to the airport and town center. However there's a lot of traffic noise from the street all night. Don't worry about noise from the airport, the planes only take off during daytime (nearly in the back garden though).

A stay of romance with perfect ambiance for couple. we appreciated the uniqueness of the bathroom, very creative outlook. The food was slightly compared to thai-style dishes with full of taste. the creative plating also add to the amazement. I hope to comeback again.

Room tip: single room elevated in the fishpond
