Clean and quite with friendly and helpful staff. It had great ACs, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and the garden with pool that is so peaceful that you literally forget that you are in the city. We had one night here before our flight and it was just perfect.
They have free shuttle to the airport and will pick you up as well if you need it.
The only thing is... there is a statue of a topless Merlin Monroe in the fountain. Why? It just blows my mind... regardless the plastic boobies, we will stay there again.

This resort is a beautiful, classical spot where you are hidden away from the noise and bustle of the surrounding area. The pool is great for cooling down after a day in the sun. The restaurant has delicious food and the service by everyone there was top notch. super safe spot with gates and 24 hour security guard. We will stay here again if we are back in town.

Room Tip: get the suites with the high ceilings

My husband and I first stayed at the Dolce Vita maybe 10 years ago, after spending a night at a bigger and more famous hotel in the city. We'd booked to spend Christmas and New Year in the big hotel but realised our mistake as soon as we walked inside: large, impersonal, nothing at all special.
Fortunately we were able to transfer to the Dolce Vita and we've never wanted even to try any of the new hotels that are now springing up there . For us, the DV has the perfect combination - boutique hotel, very well maintained, happy ambience, lovely pool, a friendly restaurant and always service with a smile from staff and management.

Room Tip: We always try to book the room we stayed in on our first visit - an upper villa room with its own balcony and view of the pool and garden.

This hotel was recommended by a frequent flyer to Puerto Princesa. This was our first trip to Puerto Princesa after 28 years , since our honeymoon. It was a great stay because of the friendly staff and the peaceful place. Food was ok, not that great but everything else including the cottage-like rooms were surprisingly comfortable.

It was our first time to be in Puerto Princesa. Months before our wedding we are looking for a perfect hotel we would like to stay in for our 4days 3 nights Puerto Princesa trip. Dolce Vita caught our attention. We had a great experience there, foods are awesome. We stayed in their upper villa and the room is very nice. Hotel staffs were all accomodating. The elegant vintage look is perfect if you are looking for a solemn place to stay. One of the best hotels.

Room Tip: Upper villa is the best
