Everything about this place is amazing--from the decor to the friendly staff to the delicious, refined flavors, this place should not be missed. You immediately feel at home at Kusina ni Tito Ernie's with its comfort food menu and the packed bookshelves. The smoked fish is delicious, as is the ensaladang talong (eggplant) sandwich, the fresh pesto, and you really can't leave without trying the kamote bread pan de churros and their sampalok, calamansi and tamarind juices! Honestly...just order one of everything.
Make sure to stop by on the first Sunday of the month for their buffet (if you're lucky it'll be tacos!!) and their artisanal market.
