Everything about this place is amazing--from the decor to the friendly staff to the delicious, refined flavors, this place should not be missed. You immediately feel at home at Kusina ni Tito Ernie's with its comfort food menu and the packed bookshelves. The smoked fish is delicious, as is the ensaladang talong (eggplant) sandwich, the fresh pesto, and you really can't leave without trying the kamote bread pan de churros and their sampalok, calamansi and tamarind juices! Honestly...just order one of everything.

Make sure to stop by on the first Sunday of the month for their buffet (if you're lucky it'll be tacos!!) and their artisanal market.

So happy that Kusina ni Tito Ernie is open again!

Went to their taco buffet... it was so yummy to the tummy! Veggies were fresh, beef filling was amazing!

And the smoked chicken... it was cooked to perfection! I didn’t even get to taste the bacon!

Can’t wait for their burger buffet!

The best kusina resto you'll ever find in Puerto Princesa is "Kusina ni Tito Ernie" just along Abanico Road.

The place is quiet, and set up in a spot that's surrounded by shady trees, which makes dining cool during the summer.

Built using indigenous wood materials, Tito Ernie's kitchen gives the rustic dining experience that's simple but tasteful.

I recommend everything it has on the menu, especially the burgers, and the adobo.

We were in Puerto Princesa for 4 days. We found this place on the second day and came back every day after. The taste is strong and well balanced. We had the Aussie brekky at least twice. Lola beef abode which was amazing. And some sandwiches where were always great. It's out away from the main road so it's quieter and in the trees so it feels relaxing. Bring some mosquito repellent, and everything is great. Would highly recommend going no matter how long you are in Puerto Princesa.
