My girlfriend found this place by looking at pictures on Google images. We stayed here for two nights and it was an amazing experience. We flew in via Manila to El Nido direct (AirSwift) and the experience started at the El Nido Airport, which is interesting to say the least.
We arranged transportation via Duli and a small pickup truck picked us up. We sat in the back on a bag of rice enjoying the ride and the sightings of Palawan Island.
Once we got to the beach we were walking with our mouths open for about 5 minutes. Such an amazing place!
The beach is very clean and untouched, the resort is also very nicely set up between the palm trees.
We were greeted by the Dutch owners Max and Elma, who told us their story on how they got there (and I am not going to spoil their story here).
The room is simple in one sense, but take into account that you are on a deserted beach, it has all the comfort you need. A nice big bed, space for your luggage and a bathroom with running water (cold, but still, running water).
The Restaurant serves very good food, we can highly recommend the calamares! Drinks and food are cheap especially if you again take into account that an ox comes in every day from the town to bring fresh supplies.
We went out snorkeling with masks we could borrow from the resort, and there are various other options to do if you don't want to lie on the beach and enjoy the view.
Last but not least this place is very well suited to ask your girlfriend to marry you, and you might want to contact the resort first so they can assist you in the process ;-)
