It is a dirty and unpleasant place. Service is really bad and really not helpful. Menu is really poor and bad quality. There are so many other places on El Nido that it is easy to find something. We left ealier than planned to find something else with a better quality for the same price

The hotel is beautiful, clean, rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is 24 hrs open, the young guy at the bar is very helpful and patient. Food is delicious!
The ONLY bad thing about lio's villa is getting there it's 15 min from twon and the road is really bad, some tok tok don't have proper lights the road is dark, it's better to go there with the car.
A tok tok cost btw 250 or 300 pesos.
Stayed at Lio villa with my wife and family. Very quiet resort close to local beaches.im so happy with the staff at Lio villa. Especially Darrol the housekeeping supervisor. He was very accommodating Room was cleaned everyday. Also thanks to all the staff at Lio villa. The resort is not on the main street. So its very relaxing and quiet. The resort also books tours for island hoping
This hotel was very cozy, the swimming pool was big, warm and open 24 hours. The staff is very helpful and the food is delicious. The hotel is a little bit far from the city, but it is just 10-15 min in toktok. There is a beach at walking distance. The Wi-Fi was really good. We enjoyed our stay there
The resort is a great place to retreat and relax. It has rooms that provide a native and elegant ambience. The meals they serve are flavorful. But most of all, they have the most wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff. Take Daryl, the head of service, he xan provide you with an overview of places to visit in El Nido. Annie can arrange everyrthing from your tricycle ride to island hopping tours. It's just a couple of minutes away from the airport and the Lio Beach. Heads up...Don't be deceived by the road going to the resort. Want a place to stay in El Nido? This will be e great place to be in for your next vacation.
Lio Villas exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is gracious, warm and friendly. Special mention to Daryl who always checked in on us to see if everything was to our liking and satisfaction. The only thing that probably needs improvement is the dining experience. Service was a bit in a slow side, probably needs more kitchen staff. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
