It was an amazing experience from the 4 day stay at the Island. We had a blast having a 3 day island hopping tour, snorkeling, kayaking, amazing views including rock formation, caves, crystal clear water and fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Food was great with a variety of different cuisines and different concoctions at the bar. Friendly and accommodating staff and management. Very clean and relaxing spa experience. Highly recommended

Miniloc Island Resort provided the comforts of an island-sea getaway which warmed both body & soul. The transcendental experience of marveling at El Nido’s magnificent natural splendor would have been less poignant if it weren’t for the kind & professional nature of the resort’s staff. As I always say: Company is as vital (if not more vital) as the place when it comes to creating a lasting memory.

I can’t say enough about the service. From the culinary flair of the affable Chef James & his tireless kitchen staff to the amiable & efficient restaurant crew (the latter headed by ol’-timer Roy), our palate were much gratified everyday. Equally impressive were the skillful & master of ecology Andy, our ocean tour guide (whose English impressed!), & “Skipper” Jay-R (Le navigateur par excellence!) together with the methodical & patient Activities Coordinator Jade who made our exciting adventures possible. The proficiently concerned island nurse (who happened to treat my husband’s unfortunate foot contusion from an adventure mishap) & the friendly bartenders including Henry, the “cocktail whiz” & the rest in housekeeping & poolside, always ever - ready to attend to our needs, made our stay feel safe, fun & homely. In between the staff’s smiles were the relaxing swims in the infinity pool, kayaking, snorkeling & incredible activities at locations nearby.

My heart felt heavy leaving & couldn’t stop talking about the wonderful experience for days. I was missing Miniloc & the rest of what I had seen of El Nido. And I still do. I can’t wait to go back!

The only awkward point, perhaps quirky on my part, was the recycled water which passed through the lavatory. I must admit I am an environmentalist myself to a degree but I just couldn’t overcome my fear of the brown-ish water in the loo!

Best place to stay when coming to El Nido- Palawan. Beautiful resort close to the main atractions in the area such as Big and Small lagoon, Secret Lagoon, Shimizu and Entalula Islands. Very nice staff and guides, great atmosphere, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent massage. Exuberant nature. Rates include all the activities, and you can repeat the ones you liked without additional costs, as long as you have free time. Room service very efficient and helpful. The food isn't extraordinary, but it's pretty fair. They could add some evening programmation in the bar after dinner. Everything closes around 11 pm and everyone goes to sleep.
