My partner and I enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to go to El Nido and we knew we had to book the beach villa in this resort. The room and the bathroom were spacious! We especially love how near the beach was - just outside our doorstep. We didn’t mind too much that the island hopping activities were cancelled as we were able to use the facilities to relax and forget about the outside world. The services provided by the staff were amazing as they attended to all our needs and made sure everything went easy with us. Our stay in the resort is memorable and we take away the good experience we have of it.

From start to finish, the El Nido Pangulasian Island resort experience is of the highest quality and care. When you arrive at Lio Airport, there are staff members waiting to escort you to your destination. Boating to the island is wonderful; more days than not, the sun shines and the water sparkles. When you walk up to the welcome center, you are greeted by song. Checking into your villa is made extremely easy; Dennis especially was hospitable and kind.

Once you've reached your villa, you have a clean, safe, and beautiful place to enjoy the island. I recommend the beach villa -- you have unlimited access to white sand beaches surrounded by coral reefs. You have the opportunity to snorkel right from your villa. I recommend the morning snorkeling because you may see sting rays and black tipped reef sharks! If you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend going scuba diving. As a first time diver, Jack made me feel safe and at ease as I explored the underwater world. The excursions were another highlight. Staff such as Anton and Dean have led El Nido Pangulasian Island's tours for years and have excellent insight to the islands, sea, and culture.

You will spend your day living to eat (not eating to live!), as there is an abundance of fresh fruit, El Nido greens, heart warming soups, and expertly cooked courses. The iced tea and fresh blended mango juice are excellent non-alcoholic drinks, and I loved the Pina colada! I was surprised by how tasty the pasta was (mushroom carbonara was my favorite) and of course the Filipino dishes were excellent. Favorite dessert by far was the calamansi pie. Pia managed a high quality restaurant, and Geo and Joy provided incredible service!

It's always important to show your thanks by tipping your resort staff: house keeping, tour guides, and masseuses for example. Please bring ample small bills, as this resort does not have ATMs on-site.

We must say, we had the best experience ever at this resort. Service was impeccable!!!! The staff were super friendly and knew what we needed or wanted and catered to all our needs, indeed. The guides for our tours as part of the local activities, were the best! Shout out to Anton and Dean who helped my daughter during her hiking activity as well as our excursions (big lagoon, small lagoon, kayaking, snorkeling, etc). An equal kudos and shout out to Dennis and Amor who took care of our pool Villa! Every one from the staff to the waiters, waitresses, guides, front desk were really very nice, helpful, courteous and very professional. Truly exceptional! We loved every moment of our stay at the resort. We also complimented the chef, in particular the kalderetang kambing, chicken a la king, truffle pasta and the crabs…… super delicious! We loved our stay so much that we will be booking another vacation to Pangalusian soon!
