It is overall a good hotel, but some details could be improved.

PROs:
- big rooms;
- central location in El Nido village, close to shops and restaurants;
- friendly and kind personnel;
- clean hotel and good room cleaning service;
- external water pump to clean feet from sand before entering the hotel.

CONs:
- old and noisy air conditioning;
- no good isolation from outside noise, very hard to sleep at night as it is on a very trafficked road;
- no lift, some rooms are at 3 floor, breaskfast at 4;
- boring breakfast (all options are the same);
- SLOW BREAKFAST SERVICE: consider your timing, even at the opening time at 06:30 we had to wait for 20 minutes to be served;
- no space or hangers for wet clothes.

A very pleasant stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom had great water pressure and very clean. hotel staff were very friendly with a can do attitude. There was a hot and cold mineral water in the hall for everyone to use.

The continental breakfast was great with a great variety of breakfast choices from filipino breakfast to ham and eggs and pancakes made to order. Coffee was nice and strong.breakfasts included fruit and fruit juices. Breakfast was served on the fourth floor and provided great views of the cliffs.

The hotel was centrally located about 50 meters from the beach. Our room on the third floor overlooked the street and provided great entertainment of the street scene. Waking up in the morning looking at views of the cliffs was very relaxing. I would try get the rooms on 2nd floor next time to get a better view of the street.

Well maintained Inn, Great Location. Front and back of the House Staff are courteous,friendly and polite; specially Belle and colleagues in the Front Desk. And to the 2 nice ladies in the Restaurant who takes care of my Daughters favorite Fish Soup. To sum it all up. It’s like a Home away from Home. Joseph- Canada
