what a delightful stay in charlies, the complimentary pick up from el nido airport was nice. the staff were super friendly helping us book tours and onward transport to port barton (even though we were charged double the amount to ALL the other passengers in the bus!!)
room service, netflix in the room was a huge plus!

We stayed at Charlie's last December 2022 after the holidays and they have best hospitality and service - perfect for a family vacation.
The resort has its own gym, pool, large comfy beds, great food and bar. You can also take their shuttle service to other areas of El Nido. Also note that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport.
Only a few minutes away from the airport and Lio Beach where you can find many dining choices.
We got affected by several flight delays and changes, but despite that, Charlie's El Nido made sure we were nice and comfy.

Can’t say more about staying in Charlie’s they have the best service hotel in El Nido! The staff were very nice and helpful. They are trained very well, the hotel is super clean! No flies and have free shuttle service! definitely coming back!

Our stay was beyond expectations. Close to perfection. Dlx rooms are very spacious. Minor glitches but does not at all impact guest services. The best hotel we’ve been to as a couple. The hospitality of all the staff are off the charts, hassle free vacation. They will take care of island hopping reservations, motorcycle rental, and they have a variety of menu for breakfast buffet that changes everyday.

Pool, food and staff was amazing. Lots of vegan food options. If you book check that your rooms are not on the lower level. We had guests in 3 other rooms in the upper levels that didn't have any issues. On the lower level level, your bed sheets will probably always be damp. There are no hangers to hang anything up, no place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom. The smell of sewer gases and corresponding dry heaving due to the smells detract from the overall experience after a day of island hoping. For our remaining days in the area, we got a nicer place at 1/3 the price in town.
