The customer service is the BEST!! 11/10 <3 The staff was very kind, caring, friendly, and very approachable. Speechless! They even took the time to learn our names and always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was GREAT! They have a lot of options and variety between Filipino and American food. When we went island hopping, the hotel packed our food into a "budol fight" type and everything was delicious! They have complimentary appetizers when we arrived, drinks once we got back from our island tours, and they send cookies every night! The place itself is nice, but there is still some construction going outside the hotel. Location wise it's great because it is close to the islands we went to! They also pick you up at the hotel's beachfront, which is so convenient since you don't have to go to the pier na by car. To celebrate my sister's birthday, they set up a table with nice lights by the beach and we ate our dinner there. Cannot recommend Seda Lio enough! <3More
