Stayed here at the end of our El Nido trip to do the usual tours and although every staff member were all very friendly, the grounds were well maintained and we really appreciated the free tricycles to and from town, we can only give this resort a 3 rating as everything else about it was average e.g. the room (we stayed in the double deluxe room and although the room itself was spacious and was kept tidy and clean, the bathroom was very small and not well laid out) and the food (we didn’t try anything beyond the breakfasts during which the best thing on offer was the omelettes which were good). We didn’t at all mind that it was away from the city as it was so easy to get to and from town with the free tricycles which runs all day. The biggest thing for us was that the pool that’s been mentioned by other reviewers as one of its best qualities was no longer there and a new one was under construction - this could have been better handled by at least warning guests ahead of time but there was nothing mentioned about it even when we arrived. We heard from guests that they were just as surprised about the non-existing pool and also warned us not to bother eating at the resort. Overall for its price, we felt it wasn’t worth it and there would be better resorts to stay at with similar pricing or you’d be better off paying more to stay at much nicer places.
