My wife and I stayed here from March 2-5 2020. We had a great time staying at this resort and whenever we do go back to this area, we will definitely stay at this resort again.
Cost: We booked through either Expedia or Priceline (I don't recall) and paid $295.27 for 3 nights total (this includes the fees, taxes, cancellation insurance, etc...). Very much worth every penny.
Check in: It was nice and easy. Jimmy checked us in and gave us a rundown of the place. I was so excited about going on this trip that when I booked the rooms, I didn't know that we had free breakfast everyday and it also came with a free 30 minute massage each for my wife and I. Another surprise was the welcome drink (non-alcoholic), tasted great (more on this later).
The resort: The resort was nice, clean, and very very relaxing. You really felt one with nature. The pool was always clean (we used it almost every day/night except for check-out day). While it can be dark at night, never felt unsafe and there was enough lighting on the walkways. The giftshop was nice (though on the pricey side). As we were laying by the pool, we saw the area where they do facials and mani/pedis which looked really cool.

The room: The room was clean. Very clean and that's really all I care about since we intended to explore and not spend much time at the resort. Had a TV, a nice, clean bathroom, nice firm bed, AC, and a fan. We also had a little patio area that had a couple of chairs and a table where wifey and I would hang out. Note that we got the bungalow and not the villas. I have no complaints. I was pleasantly surprised that when we got in from one of our trips, the patio light was turned on for us (would have been very dark) AND they put "katol" for us (katol is like an incense that keeps mosquitos away). I did get a scare, when as my wife and I were walking into our room, I heard a "good evening sir"...turns out there was a security guard close to our room (I think he's making sure no non-guests just walk-in straight from the beach).
The food: Free breakfast was very generous. You have a choice of 3 or 4 (if i remember correctly) international options and about 3 or 4 local options for breakfast. They give you a good amount of food (actually too much), a fruit platter and your choice of juices or coffee. The food was pretty good. I would give their breakfast food a B, while their lunch/dinner food, I would give an A. Remember that welcome drink I wrote about earlier? That became wifey's drink throughout our stay. She would order the welcome drink and have them put in a shot of vodka (ok, she sometimes asked for double shot, but we were on vacation!!). I ordered fries every day as my go-to munchies food while swimming and having a drink. They made it extra well done/crispy as requested.
Free Massage: Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review on this. I fell asleep about 5 minutes into it. I asked my wife how her massage was, and she also fell asleep. So...I'm guessing this is a good thing?
Staff: I don't know how many stars this resort is, but the staff deserves a perfect rating. Every time I saw someone, I was greeted with a hello/good morning/evening and a smiling face. Everyone was very accommodating and were sincerely nice about it. From the morning/breakfast crew to the evening/dinner crew, they all did a great job. Also, shout-out to the acoustic guitar player/singer that performs at night. He is awesome!!! Another shout-out the the fella that had to come to my room 3 times because I kept messing up on how to use the safe.
My wife now wants to go to the Philippines every other year. Our next trip, we will visit Boracay (she's never been there), but the following one, she wants to go back to El Nido and if we do, we'll be staying here again.More
