Giuseppe Portolan offers some of the best and freshest Italian meals at his resort, Fishermen's Cove. Guests staying at the resort get full board. Visiting guests can choose from the menu. During our stay we had thin crust pizza (4 varieties to choose from), tons of fresh garden salad, tuna carpaccio, spaghetti alle vongole, seafood kebab and mozzarella cheese. Pasta, bread and ice cream are home made. The panna cotta is to die for. Ingredients are of highest quality and very fresh. He only serves Italian coffee. A three course meal is about PhP 800. Service is attentive and excellent.
