This is superb hotel even the staffa are so nice I remember their name, Jessica, Dex, and Princess❤️ This is so damn relaxing place and the rooms are so comfy and so neat❤️ Imma gonna recommend this to my family and also my friends. THANK YOU LLV TEAM This place is one of my favorites place now❤️

The Short Version:

We originally booked 3 different resorts, our first day was at Lalaguna Villas. We cancelled our next day booking to extend our stay at Lalaguna Villas and went on to the 3rd resort after. We went back to Lalaguna Villas again for another extended stay for another 2 nights because that's how amazing the experience was. From an original stay of 4 days and 3 nights at Puerto Galera to 6 days and 5 nights. That's how much we enjoyed what Lalaguna Villas had to offer.

The Long Version:

Everytime we go out on a trip, we book different resorts on different days just to try out what each has to offer. But this time we truly enjoyed our stay at one particular resort and that is Lalaguna Villas. We originally booked 3 different resorts and our first day was at this resort. Our travel to Puerto Galera was really stressful especially from the port (it was really chaotic), and our tricycle ride to the resort since the driver dropped us off far from the resort. But all that changed when Lalaguna Villas sent a speedboat to pick us up and drop as off exactly at the resort, from that moment on we had a great feeling that the services will be top notch and we were not mistaken. From entry until your departure, you will experience one of the greatest service ever. Their crew are a bunch of amazing people who always have a relaxing smile whenever talking to the guests, they're very friendly, well-mannered, professional, and kind. Especially Daniel, the resort manager, he was always cheerfully greeting the guests and initiating the casual talks himself. I could sense great management and leadership in him which could be the source of empowerment for the employees. Lalaguna Villas could be a great example of how a powerful leadership can influence their employees.

Our first booking was a standard room for 1 night, the room was very nice and spacious with a kitchen, a water dispenser, a huge smart TV, a couch, and a comfy and large bed. We saw a pamphlet or card saying (non-verbatim) that it is better to book directly with the resort (since we booked everything via agoda) and allow them to match the discounted offers, and more services/options will be available for direct bookings. After that, we wanted to try that tempting offer hence coming to a decision of cancelling our next booking and just extend our stay at Lalaguna Villas for another night at a different room. We were offered the Premium Suite and RM Daniel gave us a generous discount for the room rate (from PHP6200 to PHP5200). The Premium Suite was everything we expected with a spacious balcony and a sea view, it had everything we needed to relax and even a bathtub. After that, we went on to our 3rd booking at a different resort but we felt that our last stay should be amazing so we went back to Lalaguna Villas for the same Premium Suite room for another 2 nights. They even gave us free speedboat rides from and to.

Lalaguna Villas has a lot to offer but we originally went to Puerto Galera for a "staycationish" experience so we didn't try their other activities yet. Nonetheless, we enjoyed everything from the inside and the environment is really terrific for extreme introverts like us. We just loved watching people do their thing, while drinking our shakes or beers. They also have a free-to-use all-you-can table tennis and pool table (hoping they'd add more to these fun activities), we particularly enjoyed playing table tennis (yes we stayed there all day long haha). The food is really great and top notch with a must-try daily specials. Oh and there are some ongoing constructions, but we didn't mind them. In my opinion, these constructions usually signifies a good thing because it means that the resort is working to improve their facilities or even add better facilities on top of their already amazing ones. RM Daniel also told me that one of these constructions is a gym, which really got me interested be cause we already planned on going back beforehand and that news got me hyped even more.

Our experience was excellent overall and I could have asked for nothing more.
