We had a fantastic time during our week-long stay with our SCUBA club. The staff are some of the friendliest and attentive ever; surpassing the quality at many five-star international resorts. They are more than glad to help with whatever you may need including tips, tricks, and personal guidance on what to do and how to get around the region if you choose not to dive for a day. The location cannot be beat for access to the phenomenal diving in the Puerto Galera region and it is a quick (if complicated) walk into the main alleyways of Sabang with plenty of additional restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The rooms are basic but sufficient as you don't need to spend too much time in the room! The breakfast buffet was perfect for pre-dive fueling; on certain days they offer the local take on French Toast which is delicious. Jamie and the rest of the kitchen crew even cooked our group up an American Thanksgiving dinner upon request. The on-site massages are inexpensive and relaxing after a long day of diving - just know that in the event one of the two on-site therapists aren't available the resort will call in someone from another local spot and you will need to pay in cash.
Also to keep in mind - bring plenty of local currency as credit cards are not widely accepted in the region and there are significant surcharges for paying with card or withdrawing cash from ATMs.
