Comfortable, service orientated and hard to fault. Lobby relaxing rooms fitted out with all your needs and housekeeping quality and went on unnoticed
Appreciate the assistance from both front desk and concierge whenever assistance needed.

It's now my second stay at gran melia Jakarta and I can say that this is definitely the best choice in the 5 stars hotels in Jakarta.
I'm staying at the red level club which is spotless. The service is top notch. The rooms are large enough, perfectly equipped. The lounge is great and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They remembered us from our last visit one year ago and they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The kempinski, Hyatt and shangri-la might be more luxurious but they cannot compete against the warm service that the staff at the melia can bring. Special thanks to all the red level staff and specially to Doni at the red level lounge who is always looking after us.
I will be back with pleasure.

Good location for my office. Lovely lobby. Good choice of restaurants. Service always great. Rooms are well equipped and of good size. Don't go for the upgrade to their red level. Not really woth the extra charge

Room Tip: Many are smoking (or smoked in even if a non smoking room). Ask to move if it smells

I stayed in this hotel for business in Feb and my experience was excellent.

A lady from the guest relations office called Indah was of great help to me and I really want to thank her for her help and professionalism.

If I am next in Jakarta, I'll definitely go back and stay in this hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay for our little family. The location might not be ideal because it's away from the center but a short taxi ride will do. The room is nice, clean and spacious. Bathroom and amenities are also adequate. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are always readily available to attend to our need. Buffet breakfast is excellent, tasty and they have large selection of menus.
Overall a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.
