I have used the Ayana Midplaza hotel many times in the last 5 years. It surprises me that this hotel continues to improve in service, cleanliness, fitness center, food and hominess. All employees make an effort to make you feel home and provide an outstanding service to all customers. To me, one of the most important descriptors of the quality of a hotel is cleanliness (room, fitness center, common areas, restaurants ...). Ayana is impeccable. The air is perfumed in all floors and carpets and floors are spotless. Another important aspect for me is to find a restaurant that can address my vegan diet. Ayana offers options for me, which, combined with the above, makes this hotel a very special place for me. If you are going to Jakarta, you might want to consider Ayana.

I had a great time while I was staying there, the services are good, the breakfast food taste was way better than the dine in room food. The room quality is above my expectation, keep up the good things. Overall, quite good for 5 stars hotel in Jakarta.
