This restaurant is in a good location and is well staffed which accounts for some of the high prices they charge. Food was tasty, interesting and well presented. The music was good. You sit at a counter where the chefs prepare your food in front of you, similar to a sushi bar. I think the chefs should wear a face mask and something to cover their hair. They put their faces really close to the food when applying the dressings to the food. One chap, I think he’s the head chef did wear a baseball cap
I didn’t like the fact our place mats were taken away as soon as we’d finished out desert and were made to feel we had to leave. Three times in quick succession we were asked if we wanted to order anything else. This was despite there being free spaces next to us and nobody waiting outside. I only had a small amount of wine left and we would have left soon anyway. As a couple we spent nearly $900 in 37 minutes in the restaurant.

Food was good but I didn’t perceive it as good value for money. However the place was quite busy so they obviously know their market and target audience. Increasing the portion sizes by 50% would help.
