Stayed here for 6 nights. Front desk service is not up to standard of a 5 star hotel. Carpet stained in most corridor and room. Guest lift has no security feature which does not require room key to access. Gym is small and not so welcoming for hotel guest as they are more interested with their local member.

Good dinning option though and great location, but which is same as most hotel in TST area.

The hotel was well located for sightseeing and shopping.

We were a little bit concerned as to what condition it was in given it had been around for years. We are happy to report that it is in great condition at least in the common areas and the floors we were in.

We upgraded ourselves to the club floor Harbour view room. With all the free food throughout the day (and wine and beer in the evening) it was well worth it.

We stayed for 5 nights, we booked a executive suite, nicely appointed, the executive lounge was great. Breakfast was at the Executive lounge, lots of choices, but, too small.
Concierge service a bit slow, but, i guess with tours and tourists from all over the world, it is understandable. Main restaurant great, the Chinese restaurant is a MUST for dim sum

I’ll never use this hotel anymore!!
I stayed several days here.
The Reception and doorman are worst service I have stayed.
Especially a doorman at the cab place is horrible.
They are less explanations about cab, room service of wi-fi, time schedule of breakfast and so on.
I can not believe it is Sheraton hotel.
They should improve the quality of hotel service.

Booked a suite in Towers section and arranged for a conference table to be put in the lounge area-done without any issue. Breakfast is complimentary for Towers guests and it is really first rate. Restaurants are all first class and the location perfect. Easy to get to from airport and close to mtr station. The Towers lounge is small and that does need to be looked at. Otherwise really very good
