We stayed in November during a cold snap. Location is good, not great. It seems to be within a business district, so not near a lot of the flashy shopping and dining that Gangnam is known for. Still, it is about a short 2 block walk to the Cheongdam subway station. Nearby are a few convenience stores (CV, CS 24) and coffee and bakery shops (Tom N Toms, Lleno coffee, Artisee across the street). Rooms are comfortable and temperature is easy to adjust. Closet space is reasonable (well, there is a closet where you can hang clothes out of sight, compared to other hotels where the 'closet' is just a coat rack), plumbing works well, tub/shower, hot water pot in room, nice TV, good WiFi. Matresses are stiff, but bedding is clean and comfortable. Down sides are that there isn't much drawer space to store personal items. There are some shelves near the mini fridge and safe and some very shallow drawers that can store socks. Aspects of the hotel seem worn--hotel robes seemed threadbare, as did some of the linens, corners of the room were dusty thus aggravating my hay fever. Service seemed fine, but we did not need to interact much with the front desk. They were prompt about providing extra linens, but took over a day to respond to our complaint that the hair dryer did not work (maybe a language problem?). The gym and pool areas are amazing, though!! You could spend most of a day there and end up lost, it is so extensive! The hotel seems to cater to weddings, so there is a potential for crowds in common areas. Did not try out any of the restaurants.

Room Tip: good views from higher floors

Service are excellent. The price i pay is equal to the service and facility i get. Very clean. Hi speed wifi. Worth to pay. The location is strategic as the airport bus stop exactly in front of the hotel. There are many restaurant and coffe shop near hotel, just about ten minutes walks

It is first time that I come to Seoul . location of hotel is close to subway line 7 and with 15 minute walking you can fined Coex mall. the room is tidy and clean and toilet has washing system.breakfast is good, almost provide for two culture , European and people of east.hotel have good ,big and clean sauna. but remember if you decided to use sauna, you must take off paints, and be completely bare. Otherwise, you encounter another serious challenge. In addition, sauna have more charge. overall I recommended.

I loved that this hotel was just a short walk from the running/biking path along the Han River, and was in the lovely Gangnam section of the city, with lots of great shops nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good. The fitness center and indoor pool were fantastic. The only things that would have made this better would be a) a cushier mattress and b) if it was a non-smoking property.
