We decided to start the New Year here for lunch, and we were THRILLED one thousand times over with the view, service, and food. The complimentary bread basket was served with a unique pesto dip that carried a hint of pepper spice. The fish tacos were delicious, grilled and blackened to perfection. The added soup and salad was very inexpensive, perfectly sized, and well-balanced in flavor.

I was blown away by the delicious food and stunning location of Elilai, where I saw some of the most beautiful sunsets of my life. Their menu has so many options, ranging from Filipino to Chinese, Japanese, and American influences….whatever you are craving, you will find it here, from the freshest seafood to the most delicious happy hour tacos. Their cocktails are fantastic as well and such a refreshing and delicious way to cap off a long, hot day in paradise. Their staff are attentive and their menu constantly rotating with new specials every day. Every meal I had there, and I had quite a few was delicious. Elilai is a cannot miss on your trip to Palau!

Elilai is easily the best food in Palau...I ate here 4 nights out of 7. They picked me up from the PPR and dropped me home when I had finished. The seafood was of the highest quality....I had crab, clams, tuna and white fish. The added bonus was several top quality chardonnays available by the glass. All very delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful....and on the last night they even prepared me a special desert to wish me a safe flight. Highly recommended

Well, I will say right out: we had one of our best ever meals here. We wish the same for you.
We wandered in out of the rain and were welcomed like family—loving family, not the strange uncle. The ambiance at sunset on a Friday evening was amazing, the service superb, the food delicious and fairly priced.
We really enjoyed the flatbread with dates and bacon. The chef’s special pasta with shrimp was light and fresh, and the New York strip with shrimp and caramelized onion a real treat, and only $28.
Really, a fine , fine meal in a friendly way, at the seaside, during a dramatic sunset rainstorm… hard to not leave happy. Add on the house made Rocky Road ice cream and you have reached nirvana!
And, a very talented vocalist/guitarist provided some entertainment.
