Recommended for Nature Lovers

I stayed at this place on December 2016. It was really nice place to relax after your daily activities, since it is located right at Mechang Lagoon and Neco Bay. The Surrounding was unbelievably amazing because of the rock Island and floating dock. The staff were supportive and always ready to help the guest any time I need.
I would like to recommended this place to the people who loves to stay in quiet and peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature.
Although it is not a luxury Resort but equipped with all the stuff that a traveler needs while their stay.
If you are nature lover you will definitely love to stay at this place while visiting The Republic of Palau.
Have a wonderful trip to all.

Great stay, amazing service

The house was nice and clean, breakfast was included, the hosts were very nice and responsive and gave us rides when needed, location was excellent with easy access to the water, and tour companies were able to pick up either by car or boat at the nearby dock. We had a kitchen available so that we could cook when we wanted. A really excellent stay!

Excellent accommodations

Excellent stay at this location. Extraordinary staff. Went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Provided transportation throughout my stay, at a more than fair price. Highly recommended, breakfast included daily!

Very good place to enjoy Palau.

We visited Palau third time for scuba diving.
Actually there are many hotels and resorts in the Koror island. However I thought the price is too expensive compared to the quality of room.

Anyway, we could find cost effective G.A.U. Mechang Lagoon resort in this trip. (G. A. U. means an abbreviation of the name of owner lady.)

1. We could cook in this resort by ourselves without any cost and the kitchen was clean.
2. Staff picked up and dropped off us to the airport for free.
3. Our room has private bathroom with bathtub and the room was clean.
4. We could use wifi for free in specific area although it was too late. (My diving guide told me the internet speed will be faster because the Koror island are constructing optical fiber cable line from Guam)
5. Free breakfast was served with some fruits. (This is rare in Koror at this price)
6. Staff were very kind and they were ready to serve 24/7.
7. They picked up and dropped off us from any area of Koror island at $5 for one-way. (This resort is located far from the center of Koror island however the distance is 4 km.)

Friendly and Comfortable!

We are come from Hong Kong, our family and friends total 7 persons stayed at this resort last week for diving holidays. Actually they help us to arrange all diving package and booked the boat for hand fishing. We went to diving (or fishing )for day time and the resort did all arrangement for us if we wanted barbecue or other cooking at night! Overall all staffs are so nice, helpful and friendly, they really did their best to fulfil our requested. Only one thing is not good enough -- very bad internet & wifi signal...... anyway thank you so much for their arrangement and we are very enjoyed & keep sweet memories at all!
