Nice little house displayed the declaration of independence of Paraguay, and history of it. You will learn a lot in this little casa. It's right in the heart of the old town near the tourist information center. Free admissions.

This museum has beautiful pieces of furniture and other items with historical meaning.

Could do with some of the explanations being in English but otherwise very interesting.

It also free to enter!

This is a small museum that is the location where famous Paraguayan figures declared independence in the 19th century. It has a variety of artifacts and portraits related to the period. It is an interesting place, and someone who is interested in history will probably enjoy it. However, be aware that signage is in Spanish only, and the staff only speaks Spanish, so if you want English, it might be good to hire a guide to take you there.

My title describes it all. A nice place to admite colonial Paraguayan architecture and enjoy visiting a nice traditional display of guarani culture.
