My wife and I stayed there from 26/12/17 to 2/1/18. We were offered accommodation either upstairs or down and because there were no lifts (my wife has hip implants) I chose downstairs. We were to regret that decision as we were then near to the noisy parties that went on til the wee hours of the morning.
Breakfast was reasonably varied and appetizing, especially to those accustomed to creole dishes. Unless you were early, however, coffee was stewed or unavailable.
Other meals and drinks were reasonably priced. Staff onthe whole treated us with courtesy and were helpful in getting us to book tours to the Kaiteur and other places.
We were especially pleased to be near the RC Cathedral and be able to go to church during the festive season.More
