This tour was a wonderful and engaging experience. We were picked up from our hotel by our guide, Nicholas, and our driver and driven about an hour and a half to a small town to visit a small coffee farm. The drive to the farm was filled with rolling hills with lush vegetation.

At the farm we were greeted by the owner, who was friendly and passionate about coffee. Over a cup of his coffee, he told us a bit about his operation which he started 5 years ago. On the tour, we walked around the farm and got to pick coffee fruit (this is always done by hand) and learn about the diverse plants and fruit trees on the farm. We were impressed with how every part of the coffee plant was used and the process of harvesting to selling the green coffee beans was sustainable and environmentally friendly.

After stopping for lunch at a restaurant in town, we headed back to Bogotá. Along the way Nicholas helped us with making plans for the evening, which required quite a bit of research by him using his phone. Nicholas was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to spend time with. We highly recommend this tour!

Hi Chenelle,

Thank you very much for taking a time for writing us your comments. Your opinion really helps other travelers to make travel decisions.

We are very happy to know that you visited your San Francisco's coffee farm and that you were able to know more about the Colombian coffee production process and discover what makes our coffee so special.

Our staff works hard every day to deliver meaningful experiences and it's great to know Nicolás achieved the goal this time.

It was a pleasure to be your hosts in Colombia and we hope to have you back soon!

Kind regards,
Paula Duarte

This was a pleasant half-day tour of Monserrate and the historical center. Our guide, Alejandro Martinez, was knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were able to customize the tour to our needs and spend more time in our favorite spots and less time on other parts that we cared less about. Frankly, with a little bit of research and preparation, we could do the same on our own, but doing it with the guide allowed us to cover more sightseeing in a shorter period of time.

Hi Oleg,

Thanks for taking a time to write us your comments.

We are happy to see that you enjoyed the tour and that Alejandro helped to make your experience something better.

We know that our customers sometimes do not have so much time in the city and want to see as much as possible. That is why we carefully plan an itinerary that will let customers explore the city to the fullest, accompanied by a tour guide that speaks their language and that will give them the information they cannot find in tourist guides.

We hope you have enjoyed your tour to Zipaquirá too and thanks for trusting us as your travel buddies.

Kind regards,
Paula Duarte

Traveled on this hike with my family. It was definitely a challenging hike but so enjoyable in so many ways. First of all, we stopped at a little restaurant run by a Cuban man (SO warm and welcoming) offered us one Cuban dish and Mojitos and danced for us. :) Perfect start to the hike. There is one small waterfall in the beginning and a longer hike to the tallest waterfall in Colombia. The smaller waterfall you can actually walk behind and get some great photos with, the taller waterfall didn't have as much water. The hike itself was very hilly up and down, but with lots of breaks, it was worth it. Also note - there is not a place to swim in the waterfalls so don't bother bringing a bathing suit.

Definitely a MUST-do outside Bogota. This hike was excellent! Even with 60 year old parents and 5 and 3 year old nieces!

Hi Jodi,

Thank you very much for your comments.

We totally agree with you, La Chorrera is an amazing place to visit and get away from the city's noise and stress.

We must be careful when doing the hike because some parts of the trail can be a bit difficult, specially when traveling with older adults and kids. However, it is a nice plan to share with friends and family.

We hope you visit us again soon!

Kind regards,
Paula Duarte

This was an amazing trip I would recommend to anyone. Chingaza is a very unique and special environment. Our guide, Santiago, was extremely knowledgeable, spoke good English, and keep us well entertained from start to finish. It was an extremely tranquil environment, where we explored, caught lunch, and took about 1000 photos. A stress free yet adventurous day trip anyone visiting Bogota should consider.

unfortunately the driver did not know where he was going so a one hour drive there became over 2 hours long. This meant that the horse ride was cut short which was disappointing as I would have liked longer than the 1.5 hours. That being said, the guide Juan was friendly and I enjoyed that the varied terrain made the ride interesting. Not for beginners though.

Hi Wendy,

Thank you very much for writing us your comments, they help us to improve our services.

We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the driver. He is new in the company and he was recognizing the road, which delayed a bit the drive to the farm.

Despite this inconvenience, we are happy to know you enjoyed the ride and the amazing landscapes of Bogotá's surroundings.

We will make sure our driver has all the instructions to get to the farm, so no time is wasted on driving.

We hope to have you back soon in Colombia.

Kind regards,
Paula Duarte
