Brunch in the clouds

I could not recommend this enough! The service was absolutely outstanding, the food wow! From beginning to the end we were treated so well. The tour of the suite really was something else. There was never a time during the brunch we had an empty glass or plate. Our waitress Lucita was super nice and every attentive. The manager Ruwel was fabulous also. We will definitely return again. The best brunch I’ve ever had in Abu Dhabi.

Top Notch Luxurious Hotel in Abu Dhabi

Just stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service was on a whole other level from other 5* hotels we have been to in the UAE. You get your own butler to make your coffee or tea, wake up call, press your garments and more. Housekeeping was done twice in a day, room was huge with a stunning view (rooms start on 33rd floor and up). They have beach and pool access, gym, spa and more.

They have high tech equipments with regards to their room entertainment, speakers in the bathroom, even the tv screen is etched in the mirror of the bathroom, so yeah you really get what you are paying for. Bathroom amenities are also great. Overall loved everything about this place including the service. Kudos to your houskeeping and maintenance team for doing an impeccable job as well as the front office and comptroller. You made a really great first impression. Keep it up

COMFORTABLE TO STAY, NICE VIEW,GOOD SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE

I am very happy to visit this hotel, and see luxury and elegance, the most beautiful place is catch restaurant, seafood recommendations and the best service from Miss Lucita, she really taking care of our food service, and I love Catchamisu yumi... Villa Tuscana

Thumbs-up! It was an excellent service at this hotel, special thanks to Cathy of reservation, Mia, Domenico, Zeljana, Manish, Soufiane, Christine and Chef Rosario for the amazing food. I will definitely be back with my other friends and family.

Crystal Loung

It was suddenly to go to this hotel , starting from the entrance you will find the luxury ambience from the lentern and the high staircase with beautiful chandelier it was.
I decided to go to Crystal Lounge to accompany my Breakfast Choise. One of the waitress Name is King if i am not wrong she from Thailand came to me with ehr beautifull Smile, and she suggested me with egg benedict , the food is ok, not really Waoww , but for overall service is brilliant, and the worst thing is really not easy to get a taxi, n i need to wait such a long period almost 15 mnt to get a taxi.
