Simply the best place to stay in Lebanon- since it is a small country, one can use Beirut as a base and do day trips covering the entire country. This is the best place to stay in the whole country. Price for two is reasonable- room is clean and fully equipped with utensils, microwave, fridge, kettle, complimentary fruit basket, free coffee, water, TV, comfy beds, towels, shampoo etc. The only thing that is missing re slippers and toothbrush+toothpaste (we packed our own so it was ok). We had a room next to the elevator up on Level 5. View is of the opposite apartment. Quiet place with the occasional upstairs neighbours singing and tapping the floor. Great friendly staff. They also offer airport pick ups for aorund 25 usd. Parking is outside. Close to places in Beirut ( 10- minutes to the waterfront) and close to several local restaurants. Free wifi too that works well and balcony + laundry facilities + hairdryer+hot showers (things work in this apartment). Cleaning every day by the lovely cleaning ladies - overall, so happy to have secured a stay here.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms higher up and away from elevator

It is a central amd comfy apartment near Hamra Street. It is possible to walk almost every central place, cafes, bars, supermarkets (Spinney), restaurants, seaside. We only had problems with balcony doors. We couldn't lock them. It is near to the road, sometimes the car horns can be disturbing.

My husband and I booked 8 nights at this place based on the fact we could get an apartment for the same price as a hotel room. However, after staying here, I'll be booking again regardless of price. I travel to different places in the world every month and this is the best place we could have stayed - value for money, customer service and location. Even before we left home, the hotel called to see if we would like them to organise transport from the airport. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, iron, kettle, little stove, microwave and toiletries. The beds are super comfortable, all the little extras are supplied make all the difference - such as daily bottled water etc. The location is perfect. One minute and you are right in the middle of the lively Hamra street, but the hotel is tucked away 15m off a main road so it's super quiet to sleep at night (which is appreciated when you hear the noise in this area). The staff are so helpful, particularly Mansour who worked at night when we were there. He is absolutely fantastic and was able to organise anything we needed- from writing addresses in Arabic for taxi drivers to finding particular wine for us! Such a gentleman and a real credit to the Lebanese hospitality. The hotel are very lucky to have him!
The daily room serving is the best I have ever experienced. It is like a spring clean in the room everyday! I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Probably the only street in the Hamra district that is (more or less) quiet! No passing trafiic, and other residents are very civilized. The rooms are very fresh, bathroom very nice, the entire hotel appears as brand new as it is. Nice balcony! Excellent internett. The concierge is always helpful, and will move your vehicle (if blocking for others) or fix other things you need. Good laundry in the basement, and you are provided with detergent by the hotel. The very narrow hotel lacks a cafeteria of its own, however - the district is packed with all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants. Also, you have a kitchenette of your own. Will use again, for sure.
