A pleasant hotel with a very clean room and a modern bathroom. The staff was easy to talk to and they spoke English fluently. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of different types of food to satisfy western and Europeans. The hotel is close to Rainbow street and the old part of Amman. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here while in Amman and it was a good hotel overall. The staff is friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The only issue was with the bathroom. The shower did not drain properly and would back up onto the floor after a few minutes. Also, sewer gasses would come up from the drain and make the bathroom smell very bad. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Excellent wifi so I was able to keep in touch with my family.

Stayed for two nights with family. They have a reasonably good sized suite to accomodate 3 people .the view is however non existent as compared to the standard rooms. Rooms are clean . Service is slow. Breakfast spread is good but no gluten free dishes available. Hotel is located 2 miles from downtown . My impression was that for 3 people B and B 100 USD it was overpriced by 20 percent atleast

A decent if unremarkable hotel in central Amman.

Bedrooms are large and clean, breakfast very generous, staff very helpful.

Location is good for trips around town but not a very interesting area in itself.

Gym and swimming pool are quite shabby - hygiene standards do not seem a big thing there.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a travel group in early October 2018 and would have no problem recommending it. We got a very spacious room on the 7th floor, which we figured after a few goes in the lift is actually the ground floor.

Found the buffet breakfast very good with plenty of choice, though the coffee in the filter machine was not great (Fresh), in the end a minor complaint.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a good location. Loved the entrance and the mosaic tiles in the lobby and dining room.
