Last night the Hotel Gilgal hosted a private Seder for 27 Israeli/British family members. It was superb and everything went perfectly. The staff treated everybody incredibly and the food was exquisite. The hotel looked extremely pristine and the water trickling next to the window was a lovely feature. The location offered a breath-taking view of Tel-Aviv at its finest. Overall the experience was amazingly smooth and wonderful thanks to the hotel staff. Huge thanks to hotel Gilgal for the most lovely and incredible experience.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the beach but also close to the center of town and all major transportation. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is helpful and kind.

The downsides of the hotel are (1) the room is tiny and the bathroom requires some major updating BUT it’s clean which is ultimate the one thing that really mattered

Visited the hotel for our honeymoon and were placed initially on the first floor. The room felt like safe vault so we requested to be moved to the upper floors which was much better.
The hotel is modest but clean and the shower has hot water and excellent water pressure. We had partial ocean view. The free breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is great and right next to the beach promenade (amazing promenade).
Don’t expect luxury but very good hotel for your money.
The staff is accommodating and can answer your questions well.

We had a great time at this hotel.
Skyline night view. Ocean view by day.
Great staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance to the ocean. Off street parking. We loved this place.

Room Tip: No need for any room tips I couldn't find a fault with my room. It is worth mentioning the free...

Hotel situated towards the southern end of Tel Aviv within easy reach of the old port of Jaffa. Hotel Gilgal has a very pleasant glass walled breakfast room on the top floor with views over the city and sea. The local busses 104 and 204 both go direct to the nearest train station, from there it's just one stop to the airport. But would advise a taxi from the station when you first arrive.

Room Tip: No need for any room tips I couldn't find a fault with my room. It is worth mentioning the free bottles of water and pot of dates that are in the room when you arrive though.
