Hi, I'm 35+yr old female, stayed here for two nights (before Xmas) for $168AUD per night.

I arrived at about 6pm and the hotel was easy to find for the taxi driver.
There was no queue at this time so check in was very quick.
Soft drink and beer can be purchased from the lobby (6-8ILS I think I paid).
The lifts operate fairly quickly.
My room was a standard room with a double bed and no view.

Pro's:
- A few minutes walk to the beachfront.
- About 15mins walk to Carmel Market area.
- You can walk to any of the main attractions from here within 1 hour e.g. to Old Jaffa city ~45mins and Sarona Market ~40mins
- Rooftop space looking out to 300deg of Tel Aviv. Limited water views because of the highrises.
- Great variety at buffet breakfast (with balcony seating too)- there's something for any picky eater & the omelette guy ready to make your eggs.
- Good Wifi connection
- Wardrobe space to hang clothes
- A convenience store to grab anything you could possibly want... (corner of Ben Yehuda & Allenby)
- Clean (although shower could use an update)
- Good hot water and water pressure
- Gift shop, Internet access and lounge area in lobby

Con's:
- There is some bar open until ~2am - I could hear people partying outside my window off the distance
- There is no sitting area so for two people with large cases, it might be a squeeze.

Recommended for a single person stay, if you plan to be out and about.
The breakfast was one of favourites in Tel Aviv!
TIP: If you like a morning run, the beachfront is a great spot in either direction.

This boutique hotel has it all. Reasonable prices, lovely, clean and thoughtfully decorated rooms. Plentiful, fresh, delicious food. Located just 2 blocks from the ocean. Helpful staff. It's a pleasure to stay here.

This hotel is very good, it has a quick efficient check-in, close to the beach, brilliant view from the rooftop, close to restaurants and marts. Also very relaxing and chill vibe. Free coffee and food in reception too. The only fault I could think of is the lack of supplies of soap and shampoo. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were small. The hotel is owned by missionaries. My family and I were among the few guests who were not part of a Christian tour group. We would have appreciated knowing this information before we booked our rooms.
