My first visit to Jerusalem with the family went very well, Most thanks goes to the wonderful hotel we stayed in, 21st floor hotel. Our room was a 2 story 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath, full size kitchen fully equipped and a very nice living space not to mention an awesome view of the city of Jerusalem from our room on the 21st floor.
Our room was very clean, all the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas outside the hotel and more importantly we were walking distance to the old city.
I am defnitly staying at this hole, whenever my next trip to Jerusalem will be.

Good boutique hotel. Great location. Million dollar views. Very accommodating staff. Have stayed here with family and there was plenty of room and it did not feel claustrophobic. Only negative is lack of area to load and unload luggage from the car during daytime.

The pro: a beautiful luxury over-the-top 2-floor suite with jacuzzi and full kitchen for the price of a hotel room. With fantastic central location. The cons: 1. Almost impossible to find the entrance. They claim they sent us exact instructions, they did not. We wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find it. We called and it was only an answering service who gave us the night manager who did not answer. We finally found it after much frustration, it is not on the street number they give you, it is around the corner. 2. The "breakfast voucher" is only for 3 places, 1 of which is American touristy just-ok food (Sam's Bagels), the other is a chain (Cafe Rimon-ugh), the third (Nocturno) was an actual Israeli restaurant which was great, so we took breakfast there twice. But if you are staying for more than 2 nights you will soon find the breakfast choices limited and boring. Especially compared to Israeli hotel breakfasts! 4. The hotel has a weird layout, one hall with 14 suites along a small corridor, and a small office. I have no idea if they had a gym, or any other services, they never told us. 3. The worst part- our suite was never cleaned, there were no small towels (only bath-sized), our towels were never changed and we were told we could just take from the trolley in the hall which had no clean towels to take. Our washroom was not touched or cleaned in any way, only our bed was made. This was distressing to come home to after a long day when one wants to shower and rest. The answer? "I will call our general manager and we will definitely do something to make it up to you." Nothing at all was done. We checked out and got "I'm sorry." Oh and the night manner came in at 7 PM with a mop and spray cleaner and offered to clean our washroom. Not thanks, we said, we just wanted privacy at that point. With so many nice boutique hotels in Jerusalem, pass this one over. It's basically a luxury air bnb (once you get into the suite) without anyone really caring for you.
