By American standards, this hotel is tiny and cramped, with small rooms and a tiny lobby. The a/c broke on our first evening and was not fixed till the next day. We tossed and turned and I had to leave to hotel for relief. The staff seemed indifferent.
The room made good use of the space but the bathroom door was transluscent (!), which is weird for privacy, plus if you like to leave the light on for trips in the middle of the night you can't because it lights the whole room.
Food was awesome but that's about it. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

Really nice and modern hotel right in the center of Jerusalem (a lot of hotels are really old in the city but this one seemed brand new) and only a 15-minute walk to the Old City. The rooms are very clean and with nice amenities like a hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee/tea kettle, etc. The bathrooms are also very nice. Delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. Friendly staff that let us store luggage on the last day and helped us in booking tours and making restaurant recommendations. I would definitely return here on a future trip!

We had a very good 4 night stay. Bedroom is spacious enough and bed comfortable. Bathroom is a bit tight. Breakfast was fantastic with good choice. Reception staff are very helpful with advice and directions.

Location Location Location. Right in the middle of Jerusalem, very close to the centre of everything. Room was simple but clean and fine, breakfast was excellent. Slightly slow checking in and parking a bit of a problem, but they seemed true throughout Israel.

The hotel has a fantastic position: very close to the old city (10min by walk) and to the shopping district.
This was the only positive aspect of our stay because the service was not good at all: the concierge did not know how to explain us how to get to the central bus station and to the Israel Museum, for example.
All the structure is very dark and it doesn't match at all the description and the photos of the website. The lobby is terrible with a strong smell of chlorine.
Our room was big enough but very noisy especially at night. It had a huge black curtain that made almost impossible to open the window.
Generally speaking it was quite clean but it took very long time to get our room cleaned every day.
The breakfast offered a limited side of sweet products and it was not international.
To sum up the hotel the building is older than what it seems and it doesn't its four stars at all.
