The hotel lobby is warm and welcoming but the room was smaller than I expected. I paid close to $500 per night so I had expected a better room. Housekeeping was lukewarm and after several exchanges trying to explain our issues, Mr Hany came personally to the room to sort out the issues. Essentially we had a moving sink, slow responses and as I said housekeeping was not the best. I had to call a few times for replenishment of basic stuffs eg no water, no toilet roll and not enough towels. Mr Hany was brilliant and here’s a shout out to him for his very proactive approach. It was only on the last day that we finally managed to get replenishments at one go with another pro active staff who brought water, toilet rolls and extra towels. Though not requested I truly appreciated his initiative. It is unfortunate I did not get the young man’s name. I also must mention the breakfast spread and dinner buffet I had at the dining room. The service was excellent and the food was amazing and I commend the hotel for its spread. I also thank the excellent staff at the dining room. Great smiles and good service.More
