We discovered Broitman on our first day in Eilat and came back everyday of our visit. On the last day we bought provisions for a picnic and sandwiches for the road. We just couldn't get enough of this jewel.
There are quite a few vegetarian options for both baked goods, sandwiches and toppings. also so milk for the good coffee.

The products are amazing and the people in the shop are very helpful and friendly. I had the chance to speak with the owner of the shop, Yuval Ziv, a true perfectionist when it comes to bakery. And what can I say: You can taste that!

Just excellent, says the girl who'd look for the best bread in town, no matter if she happens to live in Hungary, Poland or England. Do try his breads, pack some dried tomato&olive rolls for the beach / hiking, try the buns with chocolate - a feast of intense, dark chocolate, coconut/chalwa and perfect dough, not some common sickeningly sweet thing. (Don't even expect it to be sweet, actually. Simply let yourself discover&enjoy the taste and texture of proper dough.)

+ they have two tables, so you can sit outside in the sun, eventually having a chat with local bread enthusiasts, enjoying the view of sea, mountains and a less attractive side street, though that is, believe me, an interesting part of Eilat. There's also good coffee and there seems to be no problem with getting some milk in it.

Artisanal whole wheat sourdough bread, rolls, baguettes, pretzels and sweet rolls from a variety of home milled flours. You can also buy a nice variety of olives, cheeses and jams but you'll have to take it home to eat. Espresso only is available as they have no kosher license to serve milk!
Very nice staff when I was there who gave tastes and suggestions for pairings of bread and cheese.
