Spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Me, hubby and 2,4,6 yo
Had booked through agent a "studio" and got a"suite" for the same price. Although a suite is better. Good start.
Although we arrived before, it was hard to check in before 15:00.
Larg enough, the baby crib was wooden and not plastic. Comfy. Arrived immediately and placed in wide space. There were two wooden padded chairs, two plastic chairs in the balcony , two arm chairs, coffee table, couch opened as two beds for kids. two consoles with tv above each, foldable suitcase stand, and large tall mirror. In general, it was a quite hotel.
We stayed at the 8th floor, and can tell both west elevators are noticeably fast. Having a
balcony, helped with drying the swimming clothes fast. Eilat in August!.
Bedding and pillows very comfy.
Had enough towels for all 5 of us. Never need to ask
Shower and bath room ok. Had soap and lotion, etc. didn't have ear cottons or sewing kit.
Had a fridge. Small one but really cools, and inside it little cell as a freezer. Cools well! Above it tea/coffee station with water heater . Wish there was a faucet, sink . Inside the cupboard there were hangers and: an Iron! And: ironing table! How indulging is that, although we didn't use or need but it's nice.
Breakfast was ok. Very good.
As a kosher hotel, no hot milk provided at Saturday morning.
Enough places for parking cars, also underground..
we went out at Friday night although there was a show we for kids.. they informed us before but were not interested..
Also the pool was nice. Designed well, had a decorative corner simulating Red Sea. Another pool for babies.
.Minus: the carpet had spots. Lots of them
It's not a hotel with a direct access to the beach. For attention..
Stayed for 2 nights at the end of July and was really surprised.
Check in was really quick and my request for a high flr was noted and accepted.
Tony from the guests service dep is AMAZING! Kind, professional and really made our stay an unforgettable one- so Thank you Tony!!!
I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I'm in Eilat.

a coach load of us stayed at this hotel for 3 nights- food excellent considering it was buffet style staff were helpful but berooms in need of refurbishment- the first room they gave us the enamel on the bath was cracked
We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2018.
Place was clean and service was generally good.
However, there were a number of annoying things we ran into. To get coffee for breakfast one had to wait in a line for the single coffee server. So it could take 15 minutes to get a brewed cup. They alternative was packets of instant coffee with hot water. Also, pool, gym, pool table closed by 7 or 8 pm. Facilities were aging in need of renovation.
This is my second time at this hotel. Went for a weekend 2 night stay. The hotel is situated at the lagoon where most of Eilat's hotels are located. The beach is a 10 minutes walk away - seems near but try walking this distance when it is 41 degrees outside... the big advantage of this hotel is that all its rooms face the lagoon and all have a small balcony. The room I stayed in, on the sixth floor had an amazing view, it was spacious, clean and comfortable but the furniture is old and has seen better days, the sofa was stained and the furniture battered. The hotel is compensating this by having a good service and welcoming staff. Although the dining room looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s the food is surprisingly good for kosher hotels and the staff here also do their best to make you feel welcome. The pool is a good size one. Not bad as Eilat's hotels go but need of urgent renovation.
