3 hours before check-in hotel send me a email, that they do not have room for me (reservation was confirmed day before). I ask for help to find other comparable hotel - they didn't. After my email that I will send a description of the whole situation to booking.com they sent me a next mail with 0* hotel, no AC room for 30USD! Beware - 3 stars hotel should not treat that their guests

We had a room on the first floor, there are only two floors, they are quieter and over looking the pool. The room is well equipped, comfortable. The breakfast is typical 2 star rather than 4 star.
The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants in the same street, spoilt for choice. It is only 4 minutes walk to the famous night market and promenade.
Friendly staff.

Room Tip: Take a first floor room

Have read many mixed reviews of this hotel. I arrived at 6am and the initial impression because of mosquitoes in reception area not good. However apart from this and the fairly simple breakfast i could not fault anything else. Staff were extremely helpful and a room made available by 10:30. Best shower and hot water i have had in Laos, Big comfortable bed, good ac and wifi was the best in Laos i found. Upstairs room has table and chairs outside excellent for late afternoon sun. Pool was clean and gets really nice sun all day. Nice to relax at after sighseeing. Location 2 minutes from night market and just off main streets. Loads of eating areas outside hotel and trip advisor #1 resteraunt is 1 minute walk. Staff kept comon areas clean and tidy. Little or no mosquitoes in room or pool/balcony areas. Only hotel i have had in Laos woth a safe and it had a key to lock it.

Room Tip: Try for upstairs room, lower rooms are at pool level.

They were a no-show for the airport pick up they had confirmed with us prior to arrival. You're better off just getting a taxi to avoid that drama - I've since read other reviews of past guests who have gone through the same thing. Tried to communicate what had happened when we arrived, but the staff member didn't have enough English. Sent an email to the hotel instead, and never received any acknowledgement or apology. Very disappointing.

No bathmats or hand towels in bathroom - just a towel per guest, so try not to slip when you get out of the shower. Soap dispenser in shower broken, shampoo portions tiny. Hot water ran out after a minute. Big sliding door for bathroom is really hard to move. Also nowhere to hang your towels up. The bathrobes have been taken from Lao Airlines.

Corner rooms have no natural light - a tiny window, so you need to leave the room to check what the weather is doing. When checking in, try and see if you can avoid a corner room.

Staff aren't very helpful - our check in process was wordless, so we received no information of services.

No laundry service.

Breakfast starts at 8am which isn't convenient for anyone with a morning flight.

The pool is good, but there is a sign out the front advertising the pool for outsiders at a price of 50,000 kip. So I would recommend staying at a cheaper place on the same street that has laundry service, and if you feel the need for a swim, go for the 50,000 kip.

This hotel is not value for money. The location is really the only positive I can vouch for.

Central location in the heart of Vientiane, good for sightseeing etc. The room was comfortable, although we had a bit of an issue with the in-room safe which couldn't be reset so needed a key from reception, the fridge which didn't work, and a towel rail which had come off the wall in the shower room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although limited by minimal English of some (however, better than my non existent Lao), and I was very touched that we were asked to join them for dinner on the evening we were leaving after we'd checked out and were waiting for the night bus. The pool provided a welcome oasis after a day sightseeing. The breakfast was ok and other facilities minimal.
