Description: Propaganda, perhaps the first Vietnamese bistro in the world, is renowned for great wine and Vietnamese food pairing (we ordered from their surprisingly affordable Food & Wine Discovery menus) but do not miss out if you happen to pass by in the day time and order an outstanding Vietnamese banh mi (in home-baked bread) while you enjoy the commissioned mural art in propaganda art style.

Very trendy and relaxed... it can get crowded and may take a while to serve...
it has western type salads with a Vietnamese flavor.

This classy bistro is close to Notre Dame and the Reunification Palace and faces a green park. It has some tables on the street and more inside. It is quite lovely inside with stylish rustic murals painted on brick . We had lunches of a mango chicken salad, fresh spring rolls and a meatball banh me. All were delicious and well presented by a knowledgeable server. I’ll be back. Oh and they have some sweet and stylish merch promoting their brand- tshirts, napkins, bags etc.

After walking around through the main sights in the city centre, take a seat, outside if you can, at this cafe/restaurant and just do some people watching. Food is tasty and fruit juices are fresh. A bit overpriced but remember that you are in a prime area.

We went for lunch after visiting the Central Post Office. This is a hopping and trendy bistro. The atmosphere is great and the food is good. We ordered the set lunch which was very reasonably priced. Drinks were a bit expensive relative to the lunch. The front of the restaurant faces a park. If weather is not blistering, should consider sitting outdoors for afternoon coffee or evening drinks too.

I think the title has told all what I am gonna say. As it has a very convenient spot which is right in the center of city, there are lots of tourists and businessmen visiting here every lunch time. As a result we often have to wait for a bit long time before being served.
I haven't tried all of the dishes but I guess this is not my type. I'm really a fan of this place.
