This was not only nice to see, but re-affirms something that tourists from the West should really understand history and consider it when travelling and speaking with others.

Me and a friend were backpacking Asia and had been to many war museums through Asia. We were unsure if we wanted to do another, we were not disappointed. By far the most interesting war museum in Vietnam!
It touches my heart , when I saw what happened to Vietnam solider and I have never imaged that people treat each other’s like that way
As an American, I was concerned about how we might be viewed at the museum. My concerns were unfounded. Overall, it is a very eye opening experience. Hard to absorb some of the atrocities but it gave me respect for this simple country of kind people.
Walking thru the exhibits makes one realise that we humans are not exactly the most civilised creatures on earth.
The cruelty inflicted to each other in the name of a “just cause” cannot, in my mind ever be justified.
A poignant reminder to us that whilst living peacefully together can be a challenge, we must never give up on that goal.
Brutal. A timely reminder of the horrors of war. Very well made and very engaging exposition. Hard to see but well worthwhile
