I purchased a tour for 2 destinations (War Remnants & Cu Chi Tunnels). Twelve hours before the start of the tour (which was less than 24 hours notice which cancelled out my option to get a refund) I was notified that the tour I paid for would not be provided. They stated only half of the tour would be given. They provided an address to meet for the other part of the tour, I went to this address and it was only a partial address missing the building letter (example A B C D E F) so I was not able to locate this tour operator. I believe this is a scam operation. I have contacted Viator multiple times and was told they would provide a refund but a later message said they would not be refunding my money and it was “a final decision”. They advertised a service they did not provide.

I cried a lot here seeing the pictures and the remnants of the Vietnam war make you cry there are a lot of trees also crying saying the pictures in the hardship the Vietnamese people during the Vietnam war you have to visit here to feel and appreciate the freedom we have right now.
Interesting to visit this museum and learn about the Vietnam War from the Vietnamese perspective. Entrance was 40,000 Dong (about $2.00). The history of the war as well as the aftermath and recovery are included. Outside there are displays of the planes, tanks, prison and torture devices used.
