Everything exposed by brave war journalists who's only aim was to expose the truth and many lost their lives. We spent 4 hours there and could have spent longer. Incredible museum and we must never forget how wrong the USA was both here and elsewhere in the world.

Before I visited I didn’t really know much at all about the Vietnamese war, I left having learnt so much!

The museum is very one sided, it talks more about how the Americans were and you don’t hear much about the Vietnamese soldiers, which was a shame.

BEFORE YOU GO. one thing we were not made aware of if that you must start from the top and make your way down (very odd) we started at the bottom and it made no sense to us as there was no immediate explanation as to how the war started, this is on the TOP FLOOR! Still very odd.

There are 2 coffee shops (one highland coffee) within the grounds. Plenty of souvenirs shops inside and also travel agents booking trips (kind of ruined the atmosphere a little) entry price is 40,000

Despite being told from a very one sided point of view, the War Remnants Museum is definitely worth a visit. I'd allocate 3 hours to do all of the exhibits justice. Very thought provoking, extremely harrowing, and very educational. Not recommended for children due to the very graphic imagery used throughout. Take tissues!

This is a place you go to be educated in the horrors of being human. The museum offers a variety of depictions on the vietnam and french war. It is not an attraction for kids, it is for fair minded adults that wish to learn another side of history, not fairly accounted by the western media. I cried, gagged and felt horrible at the display of human cruelty. However I don’t regret knowing what we are capable of.

We were glad we visited the museum. Interesting to see the war relics however it was the stories and the affect of agent orange and napalm that really moved us. Seeing some of the affected people selling wares to raise money was emotional. A young man with no eyes was playing an electric piano. He had a crowd gathered listening to him play.

Everyone who goes top Saigon should visit here, whether your interested in the history of the war or not.
