Most of my trip through Vietnam has been street food and local busy restaurants but Ho Chi Minh is all about fine dining and this place is just amazing. The management and staff are happy to offer suggestions and make sure you’re enjoying every bite of your meal. Brian, the manager, recommended that we share the Hai Phong Spring Roll (deep friend pork/veggie) and it was literally the best spring rolls I’ve had all over Vietnam. We shared a bottle of wine from Chile and ordered the Char Grilled Beef and Grilled Chicken with Lemongrass. Both very delicious but I definitely loved the Char Grilles beef best as it was grilled a perfect medium rare and sauces to perfection. At the end of our meal Brian made us a “desert” cocktail just as a “thanks for dining here” treat.
