We stayed here for five days and it was great. Good sized room, loads of bench space, fresh towels daily and good air con as well as fan. If they could just take the cementvout of the pillows it would be perfect!

We got transferred here after booking to a different hotel so im not sure how much they cost. Though this is far from the event locations we planned on going to we are not entirely disappointed. Market is very near where you can eat authentic thai food. And night market is just around the corner so i couldnt complain. Far from the usual bars and restaurants a non-Asian would look for. But there are stores and restaurants nearby as well though we didnt try any of them. Staffs cant speak english well but they can understand you and still very helpful.

Noble House is all you want: it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite spacious, it's close to the foodmarket and to the 7eleven and Tesco, the rooms provide a/c and a fan as well! And last but not least, it's really cheap!

It is just out side of old city, but it's close enough to walk around the city and night bazaar. (It is pretty much at site for the Saturday night market if you stay there on Saturday) The reception girl was very friendly. The bed was on the hard side, which is a pretty common problem in Thailand. You can hear some noise outside from the hallway, but not too bad. Not bad shower (good enough water pressure with nice hot temperature). If you are looking for a cheap but decent place, this place will provide you what you need. If you need a soft bed, then I'd look at other places.

Pros:
Good location, right by the street for the Saturday night market.
Everything is spotlessly clean.
Free shampoo & body wash & water.
They do clean your room everyday- fresh towels & bedding.
Receptionists are very friendly, the one lady had excellent English & was very kind- arranging a cooking course for us & lending us a pair of flip flops when ours got stolen from a restaurant!
Numerous restaurants/cafes right by the hotel.
Cons:
Nothing special- you get what you pay for!
The occasional bed sheet was clean but had marks on it
Air con isn't amazing but with the fan too we were cool enough

Stayed here on 10/4 for the first night in chiang mai. Check in was fast. Clean 8/10. A/C not really cold but yet dont feel warm either in the room. Foods in walking distance. Bike rental just beside. Me with a group of 8 people which have 5 bikes. Space for bike were limited. After check out i only noticed that i leave my international plugs and phone charger in the room. Then after 6 days only i went back to ask from them. They keep it well. Thanks. Recommend to stay here.
