The first and only 'Shi San Xiang Xiao Long Xia (Chinese spicy crayfish) in Thailand. Conveniently located in the Night Bazar district in the heart of Chiang Mai City, "泰好味小龙虾 กุ้งหม่าล่า" (read. 'Koong Mah Lah') offers the original taste of the famous Xiao Long Xia dish, with Shi San Xiang (13 spices) originally crafted by the owner and himself the chef, Zhang Ming - a historian by education and an amateur badminton player by training from Shanghai - Xi'an. Zhang Ming hand-selects all spices one by one from the best producers in China, and delicately prepares the spices to their best taste and aroma. Crayfish are family-farmed by groups of small farmers in the Northern and Northeastern Thailand, using a farming technique that has been devised and introduced by one of the Royal Projects. The crayfish, the spices, and the Chef have brought about not just the only Chinese spicy crayfish restaurant in Thailand but also the best one.
