Avoid like the plague, refuses to put the air con on until everyone is ready for bed talks absolute garbage full of lies with a crocodile smile, made me miss my flight home while I was tired somehow made me think my flight was the following day. He seems to think you should pay 350 baht just to keep your bags in the dorm for 5 hours while your out all day while he lays around watching TV. You've been warned! Was tempted to go back and batter him!

We stayed here, seemed like it was cheap, close to Khao San. We paid 200 baht for a mixed dorm with fans. There are plenty of other dorms around that have air-con for a few bucks more. We paid for two nights up front, bad idea. No top sheets or blankets. The room is hotter than outside. Fans don't work properly. Mold on the walls. Leaky bathroom. Wifi didn't work. The night we were there, there was ongoing construction all night next door. Guests were checked in at 3 am, staff turned on lights to let them in and had a loud conversation about it, So, no sleep that night.
We decided to not stay the second night so that we could sleep. Unfortunately, the guy would not give us a refund for the second night we hadn't stayed, even though we checked out at 9am and explained situation. Actually, he was a huge jerk and basically told us to sod off so he could eat. Pretty frustrating, one of the worst hotel owners we encountered traveling two months in Southeast Asia.
We walked over to the tourist police and met a very nice gentleman named Mr. Peter, kind of a kindly Mr. Magoo type. He biked over with us and confronted the owner, Hari Sharan Panta. He ended up giving us back 50 baht each, but our very sweet tourist policeman was kind of like, eh, that's the best I can do. In his words, don't stay there next time! Passing those on, don't stay there unless you want to make friends with tourist police.

Arrived early morning and the manager was nice enough to let us check in early. After that it went downhill.

Dirty sheets that looked and smelled as it hadn't been changed for some time. 20 b for blanket. Dirty everywhere. Toilet looked and smelled bad. No toilet paper. Slow WiFi.

We stayed in air con dorms witch costs us extra. The manager didn't tell us that the AC would only operate between 23 and 07.

The manager locked the door and went out for a while one afternoon, leaving us unable to get in. This was at the time we had told him we would back. Didn't answer his phone.

After backpacking for five months in Asia, I'm sorry to say that this is the worst place I've stayed at so far.

My friend and I (as many other guests) ended at this place after trying several other places that were all full and I don't recommend. None of them were there for more than one day given the price and the conditions. The bed sheets and towels are not included and toilet paper is not provided. The bathroom seems never to be cleaned and smells like sewage. The pillows smells previous guests sweat. There is only 2 charge points in the 10 beds dorm. The fan room is really hot and to keep it warmer you need to leave the window opened and that means a really noisy night. When I asked the bus price for Koh Chang, the owner wanted to charge twice the price of others places. The only positive was the location.
