This is definitely the best Tom Yum I have ever tasted. It is spicy, flavourful, and they serve it with a large serving of fresh prawns. I also ordered Chrysanthemum tea, Guava Juice and Coconut Juice. They all tasted really well.

Most of the people here ordered the lobster. It costs around 999 baht. We will definitely order that one before leaving as we need to budget our expenses for the other attractions in Bangkok.

Overall, I would come back here again.

If you're looking for a bowl Tom Yom, this place is worth a stop. There can be a short wait, but it was well worth it when our food arrived. Very friendly staff who speak a bit of English, although we were the only Americans there. Yum!

The restaurant was difficult to locate but the food made up for it.This was the best tom yum soup noodles I had in Bangkok. The Soup was tangy and had a very distinct taste which i really enjoyed. There was a Huge Menu with many local dishes with very affordable prices but it was printed in Thai language which I could not understand.I would recommend Thai Food enthusiasts to try this place.

The tom yum noodle soup portion was so small and very salty. So i ordered another bowl of their dry noodle, i would highly recommend others to try their dry noodles instead because the tomyum soup is such a disappointment. I tried their omelette rice as well, it's not bad. Overall, their service was okay, average food for expensive price.

Been a few years that I read about their tomyum noodles and I managed to finally squeeze a visit to P'aor this year. The eatery is located at an area I've never visited, it was predominantly a thai muslim area which was quite an interesting walk that finally led to P'aor. The place is small and packed (even on weekday) with locals and a couple of tourists. The menu was simple with some pictures, we just ordered the tomyum noodles with prawn.
When I said prawn, that's what we got, noodles, tomyum soup base and 1 prawn. I thought they must be very confident of their soup base as there's nothing else supplementing the noodles (no mushrooms, herbs etc). I felt that the first sip of the soup was rather sweet, I would have preferred it a tad more sour and spicy. But the soup grows on you, after a few more mouthful, it's rather addictive (and less sweet). The prawn was very fresh and we really liked the texture of the noodles which was springy and smooth.
Was it over rated? Maybe, depends on what type of tomyum soup base you prefer. Also, if you ordered the basic bowl like me, some might immediately feel disappointed with it's lack of ingredients (there's a lot of ingredients choices, just make sure you check out the menu properly).
While I did enjoy this bowl of noodles, I doubt I'll return again.
