Sadly, I learn about your unpleasant stay due to the unfortunate issue that occurred with the air con.
Your valuable feedback, has been shared with our technician team since the issue occurred and was fixed accordingly.
Unfortunately, the services were not up to your expectations, therefore our Manager on Duty took immediate action to recover your satisfaction. An alternative to be upgrade to the next door Mercure hotel was offered with complimentary access to the pool for a total of 4 nights stay.
In spite of this unfortunate situation, it is nice to know that you enjoyed our bellmen dedicated service and I have personally addressed your compliment to the team.
